Housing and everything around it
Flats to rent, maintenance, cleaning and the complete running of your unit. In one place, with people who actually do the work — not just broker it.
Viewings you don't organise by phone
You post the times that suit you. The people interested get an invitation and pick a slot themselves. All they see is whether a time is free or taken — nobody else's name reaches them. They see the address of the flat once they have confirmed a slot.
No phone calls, no copying times into a calendar, no double bookings.

Repairs, cleaning, dealing with the occupants, paperwork and reporting duties. You can take just the maintenance from us, or the running of the whole unit.
Neighbourliness isn't just a word in our name
For ten years we have looked after other people's property — from individual flats through holiday resorts to development projects. We do the maintenance with our own people and we also work for companies in the field, among them Ideální nájemce and Spolumajitel s.r.o. When we promise something, we turn up.
Not sure exactly what you need? Call us and we will work it out.
