Concierge — we act for you
Your occupants have someone to turn to. You get peace and quiet. Concierge means we deal on your behalf with everyone around the unit — the occupants, the suppliers and the authorities — and you only approve what we agreed in advance.
What Concierge covers
Everything in the Basic tier, plus the people and the institutions:
- dealing with enquirers and occupants,
- move-in, handover and end of stay,
- payment records and administration of the deposit,
- contractual penalties, including notices, deadlines and supporting paperwork,
- registration and notification duties — Ubyport and the accommodation of foreign nationals,
- defined representation before the bank and the authorities,
- a single point of contact for the whole day-to-day operation.
What you get out of it
Time and peace of mind, because you are not running the day-to-day. One point of contact instead of five phone numbers. A clearly defined approval regime — you know in advance what we decide and what you do. And ongoing reporting that shows what has been happening in the unit.
When it makes sense
When you do not want to be present in the unit, not even by phone. When you do not want to worry about whether a payment has arrived, who locked themselves out and whether someone has been registered with Ubyport.
