Basic — we look after the unit
We keep the unit in working order and handle everything to do with the property itself: supervision, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, handovers and the paperwork that goes with them. Dealing with the occupants and the money stays with you.
What Basic covers
- keeping an eye on the condition of the unit,
- arranging maintenance, repairs, cleaning and service call-outs,
- handing the unit over and taking it back,
- operational records and administrative paperwork,
- coordinating suppliers,
- regular reporting on what has been done.
What Basic does not cover
Dealing with the occupants, move-ins and move-outs, payment records, the deposit, contractual penalties, Ubyport registration or representing you before the authorities. All of that sits in the Concierge tier.
When Basic is enough
When you run the unit yourself and only want the reassurance that someone is looking after it — and that when something breaks, it is not your problem and not your Saturday.
