Flat maintenance in Prague
Small repairs, routine maintenance and full refurbishments. We turn up, fix it, clean up after ourselves and tell you the price up front — not on the invoice.
What we do
- Small repairs — a dripping tap, a jammed door, shelves, a lock change, minor electrics and plumbing.
- Routine maintenance — regular inspections, seasonal jobs, small repairs before a move-in and after a move-out.
- Refurbishments — from the design to the handover, including coordinating the trades.
Where we work
All over Prague. Most of our work is in Prague 6, but we are at home anywhere in the city.

Prices exclude VAT. The first hour is a flat fee and includes travel within the city — you do not pay extra for us having to come. Materials are billed separately.

Who we work for
We do repairs and maintenance for households, flat owners and companies in the field — among them Ideální nájemce and Spolumajitel s.r.o. When a company that manages other people's flats trusts us with its maintenance, that says more about us than any slogan.
