Atrium Petřiny
The building in Prague 6 – Petřiny where we manage units. This is where our long-stay accommodation service came from, and it is tailored to this building.
The building
At the heart of the building is a planted atrium, watered from harvested rainwater. Parking, a supermarket and shops on the ground floor are all under one roof. The metro, the tram, sports facilities and the woods are all close by.
The units, from studios to three-bedroom flats, are fully furnished — bespoke furniture, a fitted kitchen, appliances and a washing machine.
What makes this building different
It is approved as non-residential premises for accommodation purposes. That is why long-stay accommodation can be run here with clean paperwork — an accommodation contract, a register of stays, a deposit and house rules. There are few buildings like it in Prague.
What we do in Atrium
We manage units for individual owners: the day-to-day running, dealing with occupants, records, supervision, maintenance and reporting duties. We show buyers around the building in person and help them set the operation up from day one.
